EMPLOYEES/GUESTS:  

Employees and guests may purchase a meal for a fee. The current fee is $4.75. All individuals assigned to regular duties at the school, from other agencies or schools, or a guest of the school may purchase a ticket.

  1. EMPLOYEES ENTITLED TO FREE MEALS:  

Employees working directly with student(s) as part of their duty (i.e. meal preparation, teaching daily living skills, etc.) or preparing meals for students on campus are eligible for free meals. [At this time, WSSB identifies the impacted employees to be the: Residential Life Counselors (RLCs) in K-12+ cottages, working with students, and Commercial Kitchen Staff.] Supervisors will provide a list of impacted employees to the Food Manager.  A list of these individuals must be on file with the Food Service Manager. 

  1. VISITING STUDENTS/CHILDREN:

All students visiting from other school districts for field trips, sporting events, etc. and visiting brothers and sisters of our students are eligible for a free meal. Their names will need to be added to an appropriate log for tracking purposes.

  1. VOLUNTEERS:

Volunteers who are on assignment during scheduled meal times are eligible for a free meal on-campus and welcome to eat with the students. 

  1. MEAL TICKET SALES: 

Payment for meals is accepted by staff in the business office in the Old Main building and the administrative assistant in the Irwin Education building.
