Ogden Resource Center

Overview

The Ogden Resource Center (ORC) combines Washington’s Instructional Resource Center for blind and low vision students with the Braille Access Center which produces braille for schools, state agencies and other clients through a partnership with Correctional Industries at the Washington Corrections Center for Women in Gig Harbor.

The mission of the ORC is to support and advocate for the educational needs of students who are blind or visually impaired in the state of Washington. Services are available to public and private (non-parochial) schools and agencies providing educational programs of less than college level for students who are blind or visually impaired.
