PURPOSE:

Provide a mechanism whereby WSSB can conduct adjudica­tive pro­ceedings.

  1. Any questions about hearings should be made to the superin­tendent who will work with the assistant attorney general representing WSSB.
  2. Official due process hearings and suspension hearings will be conducted by the Office of Administrative Hearings.  Arrangements for this service will be made by the superin­tendent of WSSB and the local Attorney General's Office.
  3. All due process rights need to be followed and information about all due process rights need to be provided as public information in accordance with state and federal law.
