In hearing complaints concerning staff or programs, the superintendent will, without any commitment to a specific outcome or process, refer the complainant to the appropriate member of the administrative team for investigation.
Constructive feedback can be helpful to the agency. At the same time, the superintendent has confidence in its staff and programs and will act to protect them from disruptive interference.
The superintendent will develop procedures to handle complaints concerning staff or programs.
